Not much is known about Russian street artist P183. It is believed the ‘P’ stands for Pavel or Paul, the artist’s first name. On his site he claims he was born (08/11/83) and still lives in Moscow and has a degree in ‘communication design’. Aside from that, he’s been referred to as the ‘Russian Banksy’ or Banksi by the British press (also here and here), a title he does not agree with or entirely understand.
