I will fabricate this piece from a heavier gauged sterling, so it's meant to be squeezed on, and will stay on with the back ends you see, as extra snug fitters. This particular piece is made for the upper arm circumference, however, if you need another size, please do inquire. The one pictured is on a model but this is not the same piece to be sold, so rest assured that a new one will be forged, brand new, for you!
