This is a very simple activity for students as a whole class fitness warm-up activity or single station/center. Students roll to determine which exercise, then roll how many dice it states to determine how many repetitions. A very engaging way to practice fitness skills while working on math addition skills. It can last about 10 minutes as a separate activity. To use, simply print out or display via TV or projector. Can be used as a fitness station or full class activity. Note: Requires 4 dice per station (There are apps for this as a backup). Bundle of both versions: https://www.teacherspayteachers.com/Product/Fit-Dice-2-version-mini-bundle-Great-instant-warm-up-PE-activity-4884535 How to get TPT credit to use on future purchases: • Please go to your "My Purchases" page (you may need to login).
