A retro style natural tile This tile is far too luxurious to be found in my home, but my goodness is it beautiful. It looks like it belongs in the lobby of the Proper Hotel in Santa Monica. Source A sunken marble sink with wood trim I'm already thinking how big of a pain in the ass the one side of this sink would be to clean and dust because of its sunken state, but I still love the look! If it was raised on the side, enough for me to easily wipe, I'd be sold. Source An interesting take on bathroom vanities Although I can see myself racking a toe or two on these cute metal pillar bases, they are a fun addition to the bathroom! Source Full and partial wood slat walls have me saving pins for my next DIY home project Slat Walls are all the rage right now. We'll have an entire blog post dedicated to this trendy install later this month! But check out some of our favorite looks in the meantime. Source Source Source Space Saving Bedside Mirrors Mirrors on ceilings? No. Mirrors above bed? Maybe. Mirrors behind side tables? Yes for so many reasons! These tall drinks of water make the room look bigger, and allow you to do a full body outfit check before you head out for the day. Source Foliage filled bathrooms Talk about a time saver. No more moving the plants to the bathtub for their weekly waterings when the plants already live there. Source Cozy Cylinder Spaces for Relaxing Anyone else getting taken back to your younger years when you played in the McDonalds play gym and hung out in the little hole waving to your mom and dad? I can see myself cozying up with a good book and a blanket right here. Source Rounded Edges Creating a Room With Personality I love the natural soft round edges that you find in so many international properties, like this one found in Santorini, Greece. Source The perfect amount of privacy & sunlight in this outdoor oasis We typically see this style of bamboo fencing used on apartment complex balconies in Los Angeles, but I love the idea of using as the topper to a pergola to let in the perfect amount of sunlight.
