Die Organuhr und ihre Funktion Um unseren Körper und Geist in Harmonie zu halten, unterliegen alle Organe unseres Körpers einem gewissen Rhythmus. Diesen Turnus kann man an der Organuhr ablesen. In unserem Körper verlaufen 12 Hauptenergiebahnen, die sogenannten Meridiane. Die Meridiane sind bestimmten Organen zugeordnet und versorgen diese mit Lebensenergie (Qi). Jede Energiebahn wird innerhalb von 24 Std. für jeweils 2 Stunden intensiver mit Lebensenergie (Qi) versorgt. Die Organuhr zeigt an, wann die jeweiligen Organe mit erhöhtem Qi versorgt werden. Bei den gegenüberliegenden Uhrzeiten (siehe Organuhr) ist der Energiefluss am geringsten. Nehmen wir beispielsweise den Leber Meridian. In der Zeit von 1 und 3 Uhr ist der Energiefluss am höchsten (d.h. die Leber arbeitet auf Hochtouren), während zwischen 13 und 15 Uhr die Leber mit dem geringsten Qi versorgt wird. Daher ist eine Entgiftung der Leber in der Zeit von 13 – 15 Uhr besonders zu empfehlen. Die geringe Energie, die der Leber in dieser Zeit zur Verfügung steht, merken wir an Müdigkeit während der Mittagszeit. Die Erkenntnisse der Organuhr kann man dazu nutzen um die Meridiane zu stimulieren bzw. die optimale Zeit für die Einnahme von gesundheitsfördernden Mitteln (Tee, Naturheilmittel, Akkupunktur, Medikament) zu finden. Die Wirkung von gesundheitsfördernden Mitteln ist in der Zeit der maximalen Energieversorgung am stärksten. Während Zeiten der Unterversorgung an Lebensenergie, sollte man ein Organ nicht zusätzlich belasten. Organuhr Organuhr und Schlafstörungen Auch Ursachen von Schlafstörungen lassen sich eventuell mittels der Organuhr ablesen. Wenn Schlafstörungen immer zur gleichen Uhrzeit auftreten, könnte das ein Hinweis sein, dass ein Organ stark belastet ist. Die Ursachen lassen sich dadurch besser eingrenzen und gezielter behandeln. Beispiele Organuhr Es gibt viele Beispiele, die eine Funktionalität der Organuhr belegen. Man kann feststellen, dass sich vor allem Nachts die Asthmaanfälle häufen und Migräneanfälle meist gegen 11 Uhr stattfinden. In den Zeiten von 0-6 Uhr und 12-18 Uhr finden die meisten Schlaganfälle statt. Das Schmerzempfinden ist Nachts am stärksten und gegen 15 Uhr am geringsten. Rheumamittel wirken Abends am besten und verringern so am Morgen die Beschwerden. Bei der Organuhr Sommerzeit und Winterzeit beachten Die Organuhr ist auf Winterzeit (Normale Zeit) ausgerichtet, daher muss in den Sommermonaten eine Stunde abgezogen werden.
