Une délicieuse sauce qui accompagne très bien le poulet ou la dinde par exemple :-) Avec des pâtes ou du riz, c'est parfait ! Pour les herbes fraîches, j'ai dosé au "pif", un peu de tout ;-) Ingrédients (2 personnes) : 4 escalopes de poulet 15 cl de crème liquide 1 citron des herbes fraîches : persil, ciboulette, estragon (à doser selon vos goûts) sel et poivre noir piment d'Espelette en poudre beurre Préparation : Rincez les herbes fraîches et ciselez-les. Faites chauffer la crème à feu doux dans un poêlon... Ajoutez les herbes ciselées, 1 pointe de piment d'Espelette, un peu de poivre et 1 c. à soupe de jus de citron... Laissez la sauce s'épaissir un peu... Faites fondre du beurre dans une poêle et faites-y dorer les escalopes de poulet pendant +/-10 minutes selon leur épaisseur... salez et poivrez. Servez les escalopes avec des pâtes ou du riz et nappez de sauce. Bon appétit !
