Foto: Tijl Vereenooghe

There is a secret style garden hidden behind Ingress Abbey in Ingress Park. It's not huge but is very pretty and a lovely place for a quiet picnic. This is a beautiful flint gate known as The Grange, which has a path leading to the gardens from the side of the Abbey. N.B Someone reposted this without my permission but has more importantly very naughtily mislead a lot of people who have since blogged and pinned this photo by stating it is 'ancient castle ruins in Scotland'. I'm flattered so many people like the photograph but It is definitely not in Scotland and neither was it part of a castle. First of all, let us tell you that while we thought the title of the article was interesting, it does not mean that we think that buildings are boring. They are not; in fact, if anything, the planning, designing and construction of buildings is a lot of work which involves elements of art and science not to mention a lot of thought to the safety, usability and durability of the building. But you have to admit that sometimes buildings tend to be a bit monotonous and have a sameness to them especially in the properly official areas of the city.
Welcome to my blog. I enjoy a lot of different styles...but mostly I'm a little bit country...with a lot of an eclectic mix thrown in. For me...Tumblr is an amazing way to share a feeling, an emotion such as joy or sadness, a sense of longing, a memory, or photos that just plain make you feel good....
