Burrata Filling AKA Stracciatella, Roasted Tomatoes & Herby Sauce ❤️. Obviously this is not the traditional way of making stracciatella but a quick hack that works!Stracciatella is the filling of #burrata and it is basically pulled mozzarella curds soaked in cream, so this lil shortcut works if you don’t want to make mozzarella from scratch or can’t find mozz curds like me ❤️.
What is one of your favorite food memories? For me it was going to Spain with my dad…just us 2 and all we did was eat. From that trip on, I’ve been obsessed with pan con tomate topped with prosciutto and manchego. Ideally, you would use jamon iberico (best brand is Cinco Jotas), but it's hard to get where I live.
Tamari Cured & Confit Yolks Over Crispy Rice...You can cure the yolks a bit longer but I wanted them jammier so i only did it for 4 hours... sooo good!

Brie & Puff Pastry Bites… These are GORGEOUS and delicious, truly perfect for hosting season ;) these are made extra special with juniper berry & fig jam…juniper berries are very underrated in my opinion because they add such a unique burst of flavor, they have almost like a pine taste if that makes sense. I discovered them in my restaurant days after I ordered some by mistake and have been using them ever since.By now you know I am a huge fan of The Spice Hunter, but truly…there is a reason for that, not only because of their quality but they also have the most unique & diverse array of spices and spice blends.
