This "I'm feeling..." emotions poster will help kids learn about their feelings. This poster features a curated collection of 12 feelings sure to resonate with children: embarrassed, sad, angry, scared, happy, hungry, shy, excited, worried, tired, frustrated, and lonely). With my background in psychology, I've test-driven other versions of this feelings chart with my own kids and neighborhood children for years. I can report that starting around age 3 kids are able to identify nearly all the emotions without parental help (and a few with help). I'm proud that these drawings feature clear facial expressions and body language to help children know what these big feelings look like and differentiate them from one another. For kids who are learning to read, the font is a legible print typeface that is used in children's books, meaning budding readers will be able to read the names of the emotions too! This feelings poster is not only decor but a learning tool too. This listing is for a custom-printed poster that will be shipped directly to you. The poster is made of durable matte (non-glossy) poster paper. It is not laminated or framed. I recommend displaying it somewhere where kids can easily refer to it. If you laminate the poster at the print shop of your choice you can even use token such as magnets with the chart to give kids the experience of literally putting their name on a feeling. :) • Sizes available: 8x10 inches, 12x16 inches, and 16x20 inches The "I'm feeling..." emotions poster is also available as downloadable printable wall art in a variety of sizes.
