Made by the Imperial Glass Company in 1971. The tumbler was a souvenir piece made for the 1971 Holmes County Antique Festival held in Millersburg OH. Manufacturer: Imperial Glass(marked inside) This is a marked piece from Imperial Glass, the inside bottom I over G Imperial Glass trademark logo. The bottom of the tumbler reads: "1971 Holmes County Antique Festival Millersburg, Ohio with a center Antique Coffee Grinder."
