Tiny house akımını ortaya çıkaran temel kaygıya göre metrekareler büyüdükçe insanlar arasındaki ilişkiler de samimiyetsiz bir hal alıyor. Bu yüzden alanlar küçültülüyor, sevgi ve mutluluk arttırılıyor. Tam da bu amaçla oluşturulan evimiz, Sapanca'da konaklama alanı olarak tasarlanmış: Sadece bir kişiye değil her gelene aynı hisleri yaşatmak hedeflenmiş. Minimalist yaşamın izinden giderek planlanan evin içine salon, mutfak, banyo ve yatak odası sığdırılmış. Üstelik hiç de öyle tıkış tıkış bir görüntü sunmadan! Tarz olarak İskandinav stilinden ilham alan evde, beyaz ve ahşabın uyumu alana damga vurmuş: Tavanda bembeyaz lambriler, zeminde de sıcacık ahşap parkeler... İki katlı evin alt katında mutfak ve salon yer almış. Herkesin en az bir kere oturacağı merdivenlerle de çatı katındaki yatak odası ve banyoya geçiş yapılmış. Ortamda renklerin enerjisinden de faydalanmak için mutfak seramiklerinde yeşile yer verilmiş. Evde kullanılan kırmızı vurgular da pozitifliği iyice pekiştirmiş. İçerideki keyifli halin dışarıya da taştığı bahçede yeşil alan ile insanların buluşması için her şey yapılmış: Veranda, havuz ve istenildiğinde açık hava sineması aynı mekanda sunulmuş.
