The next energy center is the third eye chakra, which is situated between the eyebrows just below the crown chakra. Associated with enhanced intuition and creative inspiration, you can cleanse this chakra with indigo-colored gemstones like Lapis Lazuli,Fluorite, and Sodalite. When clearing your chakras, the third eye is especially important for reawakening inner wisdom, which opens you up to self-knowledge and enlightenment. Chakra cleansing should also include throat chakra healing, which helps support truthful and loving communication with yourself and others. For this energy center, we recommend throat chakra stones like Angelite, Sodalite, Aquamarine, and Blue Apatite, which should be placed on or near your throat. For opening and activating the sacral chakra, the energy center in the lower abdomen, we suggest using orange-colored stones such as Tiger’s eye, Carnelian, and Orange Calcite. The energy center linked with security and balance is the root chakra, which is also included in this chakra cleansing pattern. Keep this energy center open and balanced with stones known for their grounding and protective qualities, such as Hematite, Black Onyx, and Smoky Quartz. This Chakra Cleansing Crystal Pattern will gently open, realign, cleanse and balance the energy flowing through the chakras. Here are the crystals needed and where to place them: 6 Clear Quartz Stones | Place 4 around your body: 1 above the head, 1 beside left arm, 1 beside right arm and 1 below the feet.
