Mysterious World is an original Painting I've just completed. I'm Always looking for new ideas and movement for my canvas compositions. In this piece I took an existing idea from one of my sketchbook's and transformed it into a full color design. I get a lot of my surreal ideas from my drawings. They are so much fun to do! To me there are no rules with this type of approach You're in a dream world where anything is possible so stretch your limits it's all about imagination. I had fun with this painting, and it was creatively satisfying. I hope you enjoyed it as much as I have. About The Artwork High above a waterfall sits the treehouse home of sprites, fairies and little children. Enter into this secret realm and play in the treehouse for a little while. Abandon all ye' worries and adult like behaviors. Inspired by the many escapades of my youth. Daydreams are refreshing and can give us insight into our innermost hopes and dreams. This painting is part of my Happy Little Treehouse series and I just love creating them. In 2018 I entered an art exhibit of the same name. I enjoyed the theme so much I decided to keep creating the happy little treehouse memories from my childhood. Painting these are better than reading a book because I feel like I'm telling a story with each brushstroke. The viewer can come along with me and create their own dialog. I'm just here to get you started.
