These buildings, which can be called Tiny House area is an architectural concept by Turkish architcet Bartu Armağan. Each of these three-storey buildings are 45 square meters and 8 meters high. There is a living room on the ground floor, a bathroom on the first floor and a bedroom on the top floor.
In designing this project, client of the project were asked to design on the project like the Black House1 which we had previously designed in New York, but with a smaller area. Due to the humidity, we moved away from the ground to have natural ventilation in all sides of the project, and due to the climate, the existing context of the project was designed to be sloping form.
The Iranian Architect & Interior designer Milad Eshtiyaghi has evnisioned a suspended cliff house planned to be built in Mendocino, California, USA. The location of the land of this project was the edge of the cliff, so in designing this house, we decided to separate the house from the land of the project so that the house is suspended in the air, so we proceeded to design so that people in this project experience different sensations, The feeling of fear and excitement in the outdoor space and the feeling of calm and cozy space in the indoor space.
Milad Eshtiyaghi: Black House is located in Santa Clara, New York. The client of this project was very interested in black and asked us to design a house that had a sense of splendor, luxury and at the same time mysterious.
No internet. No neighbors. Just miles and miles of trees, hills, and lakes. Sounds so relaxing, doesn't it? We all sometimes need to unwind, and nature can provide the perfect environment for it. Peaceful yet engaging. All you need is a place to sleep. Sure, a tent might do but if you own a patch of land, why not put a cabin on it?
