Oftentimes, rooms can be overrun by the sharp edges that make them so. A room, depending on its size, is essentially a box. It's up to us and our personal preferences to break up that box and turn it into a cozy environment. As of lately, organic shapes are making their way into architecture. We are seeing more arched doorways, curved walls, and even curved furniture.
