Hello friends! It’s Dorymar today with an adorable project. The holidays are coming and it’s time to enjoy time together with family and friends! This project is inspired by the future. The new Hearth & Home collection is inspired to document family time, recipes, home memories, etc. Let’s take a look! For this project, I used the 6x8 black Sn@p Binder and painted the edges of the cover and dividers with white paint. To decorate the cover, I used different patterns and elements from the 6x8 Paper Pad. As I like to create layers and textures, I highlighted the spine with ribbons and thread. Then I placed flowers with glitter and on the cover, I put the pieces in different dimensions. The collection has many embellishments to choose from, I used the foam stickers, the bits and pieces, the adhesive brads, and the sticker sheet. Putting everything together just looks fantastic! In the first divider, I used one of the pocket pages and cut it out to create an interactive flap, so you can place the 3x4 journaling cards with beautiful messages and designs. You can see in this divider the number of fantastic elements that the collection includes and how all the details make the project a very striking one. On the inside of the cover, I made a big pocket with two cards perfect for adding photos and journaling. The new washi tapes from Simple Stories come in a variety of sizes and designs. In these pages, you can see how I used them to create backgrounds, decorate, and transform the recipe cards included in the collection into a journaling one. I love every single piece in this collection. I love fussy cutting, and the “Home At Last” patterned paper has the perfect flowers to create a beautiful design in the pages and highlight the pocket pages. Tags are always a perfect option for adding space, decoration, and interaction into projects, I love to use them in everything! You can see how well they look in the project. In this collection, they have the most beautiful messages and designs.
