40min · 12 servings Ingredients: • 2 cups Desiccated coconut • ¼ cup Clarified Butter (ghee) • 1 cup Milk • ¾ cup Sugar • ½ tsp Cardamom Powder • 2 tbsp Chopped Cashews Instructions: • On a deep non-stick pan, add ghee, desiccated coconut and milk till the mixture gets combined • To the wet mixture add sugar • Mix continuously keeping the flame on low. Sugar will start to melt and the mixture will turn watery. Keep stirring till it becomes a soft lump and crumbly • Cool the mixture for 15 minutes • To the cooled mixture, add cardamom powder and chopped cashew nuts • Prepare small balls to form ladoos and roll it in desiccated coconut
