Much to our parents' annoyance, the '90s had such good TV shows that we were constantly glued to our screens. There were such sitcom gems in the '90s that some of those series are hits even today, almost three decades later. Series like Seinfeld and Friends are still syndicated on TV today, and Emmy-nominated shows like Frasier and X-Files are still available to watch on Hulu and Netflix. Not to mention that a ton of cult-classic '90s shows have experienced reboots in modern times. The X-Files returned in 2018, along with Agent Mulder and Agent Scully. Full House transformed into Fuller House, and there is a rumored Clarissa Explains It All reboot where Clarissa returns as a mom.But not all '90s shows were created equally. There were some duds along with the stellar ones. Smart Guy was your run-of-the-mill tween sitcom, but it was hard to relate to the brainy T.J., and ended up being a flop. Then there was Cop Rock, which was a cop musical that stunk so bad that TV Guide put it on its "worst ever" list. Click ahead to see where each show falls into the ranking. From Sabrina, the Teenage Witch to Dharma & Greg, you will want to re-watch some of these childhood classics.
