Wash the strawberries. Dry and cut off the stems. 2. Beat softened cream cheese and sugar. Add heavy cream and vanilla extract and continue beating using an electric mixer until it forms stiff peaks. 3. Spread the cream on a slice of bread. Arrange three strawberries diagonally in the center. Fill the remaining edges with more strawberries. 4. Top the fruit with more cream until all the fruits are covered and cover it with another slice of bread. 5. Tightly wrap the sandwich with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least an hour. 6. Trim the edges and cut the
