Somewhere in the north-west of England a town stuck in a hellish vision of the 1970s
Although his creative career started in architecture, UK based artist and designer Alex Khabbazi now explores form and materiality in two dimensions. His process combines physical and digital techniques to create bold, decisive artworks featuring analogue textures and undulating shapes. Aside from designing standalone prints, Alex lends his distinctive style to select musicians, record labels and fashion brands for collaborative releases.

According to a recent study, the U.S. market for self-improvement is $9.9 billion. Despite that, many therapists think that self-help books are useless. Gregg Williams, for example, says that change is hard, improvements happen unevenly, involve many steps and take a lot of time. Nothing even remotely close to what the self-help reads are preaching. Luckily, Johan Deckmann has something that's way better. By day, Deckmann analyzes the human behavior; by night, he writes down his observations as titles for fictional self-help publications. Using books found in antique shops as a canvas, the practicing psychotherapist transforms their boring covers into witty jokes. Even though most of his pieces balance between the hilarious and the poignant, their faded color and worn texture take the readers on an emotional journey of self-reflection and soul-searching.
one of Klimt's most famous works painted in 1907-1908 and located at the Austrian Belvedere Gallery in Vienna.
DECEMBER 18th LAST DAY TO ORDER FOR SHIPMENT TO ARRIVE BEFORE DECEMBER 25th! VIBE: Charles Barton is an artist based in Brooklyn, New York. From a young age, the inherent beauty in the world and oneself pulled him to philosophy and design. He eventually started sketching people in everyday-life, studying the human psyche and form. Barton’s art continues to evolve but the soul of the work remains a constant; each stroke reveals the beauty available to all but so often unnoticed. As a hand-painted sign above his studio door reads, “it’s all here.” WHAT: This Kit contains 90 individual works of art. HOW: With some scissors and tape, you are the artist. Scotch tape or masking tape seems to work best. Roll the tape and place on the back top corners of each print, or as Barton prefers, red artist tape over the front. MUST: Make sure each print is individually secured to the wall and not hanging on other prints as this increases the weight on the tape and can cause pages to fall. Use tape that works best with your wall, kit does not come with tape. We recommend blue painters tape, rolled up, on the back corners. About The Artwork The title Fran refers to a dog I had years ago named Francisco. The dog, a whippet breed, lived with me for many years until it got sick and died. Dogs are faithful and inseparable friends. When my first daughter was born, Francisco was already among us. She lived with him until she grew up. This artwork is a tribute to the kind personality of this animal that brought so much joy to my home at that time.
