25min · 4 servings I love dinners that are quick to make, this took less than 25 min and i cannot believe how tasty it came out, the Aleppo pepper gives it a really good mild spicy kick at the end and made it even better What you need: • -1 pack of pasta, • -1 cup pasta water • -1 cup finely grated parmesan cheese • -1 yellow onion, chopped • -1/2 cup heavy cream • -3 to 4 garlic confit( or raw garlic) • -2 tbsp tomato paste • -500gm/2 small packs cherry tomatoes • -1 to 2 tsp Aleppo pepper (depending on how spicy you want it) • -2 tbsp olive oil - salt Method: • -Cook the pasta al-dente based on package instructions, drain & keep 1 cup of the pasta water • -Add olive oil to a deep pan, add onions & saute for up till 2 min or until tender, add garlic confit & tomato pas
