Please message before ordering because all rush order slots might be full. - Business use of IndiDesigns products for the promotion of third parties is prohibited without permission. - Customers agree to link / tag IndiDesigns when posting images on social media that have visible any item acquired from IndiDesigns. - Customers agree to not claim the wig as their own work in any costume creation contests / social media and will give due credit to IndiDesigns where it is applicable. - Operating hours are during regular business days. Any emergency communication outside of that will happen at our discretion. Otherwise we will do our best to reply to your messages within regular working hours. - Wigs are handmade to order and can differ slightly from the image in the listing. Listing images are typically the most recently made items. Actual wig item color may differ slightly from the image due to device settings. PAYMENT - Partial payments are not offered at the moment. - Prices are not open to negotiation or discount unless advertised. DELIVERY - Standard custom order wigs take between 10 to 20 weeks to process. - RUSH order delivery is available for a flat fee. Please indicate the arrival deadline for the item before ordering. - Styrofoam heads are used to safely delivery wigs. They are attached to the inside of the delivery box with glue and tape to protect styling. Please remove the attached styrofoam head from the cardboard box with some force or you can cut the base of the box out for a stand. - Most wigs are attached to the styrofoam heads using pins so please remove all of these before taking off the wig. - All packages are tracked and insured. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - Shipping listed is for an Air Mail service ( 8 - 10 business days) with the wig secured on a styrofoam head. Depending on the style, it’s possible to send the wigs flattened without styrofoam heads by a surface method ( 6 - 10 weeks) but they might need to be restyled on arrival. - Any duties or customs charges are the responsibility of the customer. CUSTOM COMMISSIONS - If you want to order a wig for a character not listed at the moment, please contact IndiDesigns for an estimate when custom commissions open and include: 1. The character’s name/series 2. Pictures of the intended style 3. The commission deadline - Approved estimates are then converted into full Quotes. - Agreement to a quoted amount is equal to an agreement to purchase. - Quoted prices are final and not open to negotiation. - Estimates and quotes are only available when custom commissions are open. RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS - Returns are not accepted due to reasons of hygiene. Packages are insured against loss or damage during shipping but this is not the responsibility of IndiDesigns. - If the package arrives damaged, do not remove the wig or wig head from the shipping package. Photograph and document clearly all damage to the package and item without touching or removing the item. Please send all clear photographs of the damage immediately to IndiDesigns for review. - Minor damage can be fixed by the customer with the help of IndiDesigns advice and or videos. - Major damage can be repaired without any styling fees with the customer only covering shipping charges and after IndiDesigns has confirmed the item has not been used. - Order cancellations are not offered as material ordering is typically processed immediately after payment. - No refunds are offered for customers wishing to cancel orders as material costs and labor have to be covered. - IndiDesigns reserves the right to cancel an order at any time.
