This next home ranks towards the top of my list for a lot of reasons, but I’ll let you be the judge. The Bella Noelle Price: $1.5M Square Footage: 7,100 sq. ft. Builder: Clayton Douglas Homes, Ltd. Website: www.claytondouglashomes.com This home is another single level home plus a basement, and the exterior is eye catching from the start. Upon entering this home, the office was to the left. Lots of wood here – a wee bit too much wood for my personal taste, but you couldn’t help but appreciate it. I do love the floors. I did like the door. To the right was the dining room – much more glam than the office. I love the chandelier in here. From here, we went upstairs – Three bedrooms up here – Along with a tv area in the central hallway.
