It can be very overwhelming when we are only seeing things as a whole. Instead, it can be beneficial to try to focus on the little details in life. Aka take it one day at a time. This could help ease anxiety too. When I think about everything thats on my plate, my anxiety will start to spiral. So, I try to remind myself to focus on one thing at a time.
