This week we will be releasing the first limited edition print release by Miles Johnston of 2022. ‘Melancholia’ is a 30 x 40cm museum quality giclée on 350gsm cotton paper and comes signed and numbered by the artist. "This was one of those rare drawings that emerged fairly effortlessly. Like all my favourite works, it was never entirely clear why I felt so compelled to draw it. In a way I wanted to figure out who this person was that I was drawing. The aim was to capture a quiet moment of repose, sat in the soft daylight by an open window." - Miles This is a timed edition so the final edition number will be determine by the number of prints sold during the timed window and will only start printing once the sale is over, so please allow up to five weeks for shipping. The prints will be available to purchase for 72 hours from Wednesday 26 January at 5pm UK time exclusively from our shop. Also now available is ‘Stream of Consciousness’ an open edition giclée that will be available to purchase until December 31st 2022. Details of that below. If you'd like a reminder of when the prints go on sale you can sign up to our mailing list to receive an e-mail alert the moment they go on sale. ‘Melancholia’30 x 40cm (approx 11.8" x 15.7") giclée fine art print (inc. white border)350 gsm 100% Cotton Hahnemühle Museum EtchingHand numbered.
