Ever think it’s Wednesday only to find out it’s Tuesday? Yeah, me too. In the day-to-day shuffle, it is easy to forget today was that dentist appointment or Thursday is when the dog goes to the groomer. Start off your week by writing down the major appointments and tasks you want to remember and keep your mind at ease by crossing off the day when it’s complete. But not before you write down your ‘key win’ of the day. Celebrate the small stuff! **Inspiration for this Product** As a young adult, I leaned on my mom a lot to help guide me when I was feeling overwhelmed. She had an incredible ability to think of *everything* regardless of the situation. She was an amazing event planner with every detail carefully thought through. She wasn’t particularly ‘organized’ when it came to our home and there were many times the laundry piled up and the dishes needed doing (that was my chore, heh). She, like many of us, was BUSY. She was a small business owner working seven days a week while raising three kids. Her secret? A spiral notebook. At any given time she had two or three spiral notebooks always within reach so she could write things down as they came to her: ideas, tasks, appointments, whatever she thought of in that moment that she didn’t want to forget later. When she passed away in 2017, I was left without the sounding board and person who would help me think things through so that no “T’s” were left uncrossed and every “i” was dotted. I tried journals, paper planners, digital programs, phone apps, etc. to keep everything I had going on organized. When I couldn’t seem to find long-term success with these options, I decided to take it back to the basics: a spiral notebook. Over time, I developed a structure for what I would write down in the notebooks that helped my day-to-day workflow. These digital downloads are my version of a spiral notebook: simple, effective, and low-pressure. The goal of these planning sheets is to maintain peace of mind by breaking down tasks into manageable steps and prioritizing (not maximizing) your time while still getting your sh*t done. **Additional Details and Notes** Digital Product: With this purchase, you’ll receive a downloadable file that you can use over and over again! If clothes can get a second chance, why can't we? Brimming with life, love, and the stories bound up in even the most everyday items, The Second Chance Store is a tale of friendship, loss, and dusting yourself off and starting over--a novel filled with humor and a testament to the enduring power and joy of charity shops. City dweller Gwen feels like she's living a secondhand life. She's thirty-eight, perpetually single, and in dire need of a dentist's appointment. Her friends are busy procreating in the country, and conversations with her parents seem to revolve entirely around hedge borders and the trash pickup schedule. Above all she's lonely. But then, isn't everyone? Then she's let go from a job she drifted into a decade ago and never left, and Gwen realizes it's time to make a change, starting with cleaning out her apartment. In the charity shop where she literally and metaphorically unloads her baggage, she discovers a group of weird and wonderful people devoted to finding a new home for donated items that have lost their use elsewhere. Gwen volunteers there--and finds a new home for herself among her fellow workers while discovering joy in the untold stories of secondhand things. Now it's time for Gwen to get out of her life in pause, and to find a way to move forward with bravery and humanity--and more regular dental care. | Author: Lauren Bravo | Publisher: Avon | Publication Date: Jul 04, 2023 | Number of Pages: 448 pages | Language: English | Binding: Paperback | ISBN-10: 0063277786 | ISBN-13: 9780063277786
