Log slice wall tiles (for quantities please read below)* - an unusual wall covering, these wood tiles can also be used to create a stylish and convincing 'faux' log stack in a shallow recess, empty/disused/fake fireplace or alcove. Create a stunning feature wall or panel in your home or workplace with maximum impact but minimum effort. Our log disc tiles are an easy, quick and unusual way to cover large areas of wall space or wall panels with timber. Simply bond them to a flat wall or a backing board that's been cut to size and fixed into place. Painting the backing board or wall a dark colour - charcoal or near-black - will enhance the effect. This, coupled with ensuring that the tiles have been fixed closely together will convince the eye that there is a full-sized log stack installed. All of our decorative logs and tiles have been kiln dried and hand finished, so you can be sure that the wood is clean, thoroughly dry and insect free. The differing thicknesses of the log tiles provide a more sculptural finish to your wall art, producing interesting shadows as light passes over the logs. This listing is for one bundle of Staggered Log Tiles. The diameters of the log tiles are mixed, measuring between 4cm and 15cm. One bundle includes approximately 12 - 15 staggered tiles per bundle, plenty to cover an area measuring 30cm x 30cm. Each bundle will also include two halves - suitable for edge filling to create a neat fit. The tiles range from 2cm to 4cm (4/5" to 1 3/5") in thickness. Our tiles are perfect for bonding to a flat wall or panel using a gap-filling adhesive (such as 'No Nails' - not included).
