I know it is confusing but there are two Beer Can Islands in Florida. This Beer Can Island is located Longboat Key, a barrier island west of Sarasota. We made a quick stop here while staying on Anna Maria Island. It was fairly easy to find a place to park since we were there in the off season though I understand it can be busy during the summer months.
