Pot size: 12cm Height: 35-40cm Pot size: 17cm Height: 55 - 60cm The Anthurium Clarinervium originates from southern Mexico. This plant is recognizable by the large heart-shaped leaves with a velvety surface. The Anthurium Clarinervium is a green room plant that is known for its striking veins on the leaves. These veins resemble veins with a grey white color that passes through the leaf. Hence the nickname vein plant. Light Anthurium thrive in medium to bright indirect light. Water Anthurium appreciate consistent watering and do not like to dry out fully. Water your Anthurium when the top 3cm of the soil are thoroughly dry. Humidity While glossy-leafed Anthurium will do well in moderate humidity, Anthurium with velvety leaves generally require higher humidity of at least 70%. Most corrugated Anthurium only thrive from 80%+. Soil Anthurium will do well in a very loose, aerate mix like our Aroid Potting Mix. You can also grow them in soil-less substrates such as sphagnum moss or semi-hydroponics. Propagation Anthurium can be propagated by stem cuttings or from seed via pollination.

Polianthes 'Pink Sapphire' is an incredibly exciting breakthrough in tuberose breeding from Huang Kuang-Liang at Taiwan's Taipei University. By crossing the florist Polianthes tuberosa with the hardier Mexican Polianthes howardii, Huang was able to develop a hardier tuberose strain with both fragrance and color. Polianthes 'Pink Sapphire', which has been superb in our trials, produces 3' tall stalks of fragrant, double pink flowers from late July until frost...simply amazing!
