This is a 1920’s Art Deco interior design lithograph for a bedroom that we purchased in Barcelona. It is a design by Josep L. Artigas, (1892-1980) born in Barcelona and worked both in France and Spain. Although Artigas is best known as a successful ceramicist who worked extensively with Miró, he designed interior room settings early in his career. This interior has strong graphic elements and showcases period furniture, textile patterns, and decorative wood panels that reflect Art Deco styling. And the bordered detailed patterned framework further enhances the interest of the drawing. (See companion print offered as well.) Measures 8 x 8 inches and comes custom matted in a neutral tone 16 x 20 inch mat ready for standard size frame. Yosha Graphics specializes in works on paper in a variety of genres. We specialize in original vintage lithographs and prints. All images are original to date stated; we do NOT work with reproductions. We guarantee their authenticity. We are passionate about our extensive collection that spans several decades and appeals to all decorative tastes. We have personally purchased each piece in Europe with care for condition. less
