In 90 days your life can look entirely different, or exactly the same. 90 days is the sweet spot for goals because it's long enough for you to make substantial progress but short enough to keep you focused. The 21/90 rule states that it takes 21 days to make a habit and 90 days to make it a permanent lifestyle change. In other words, it takes 90 days to change your life.
