Hello again! The day has finally arrived that all of the fabulous February Release products are finally available for purchase! But before you go shopping, I hope you'll take a minute to check out my project for today's release, featuring the new Balloon Besties Stamp Set and the Balloon Besties Die-Namics! The images are perfectly suited for a slimline card, so I pulled out the Slimline Starter Set Die-Namics! I did a little bit of ink blending with some Summer Splash and Razzle Berry Die Ink to create my sky, after adhering some cloud masks (from the Polar Opposites Die-Namics and the Rain or Shine Die-Namics). I die cut the ink blended panel using the stitched rectangle die from the Slimline Starter Set Die-Namics. I stamped, colored and die cut the images from the Balloon Besties Stamp Set, and adhered them to the panel using foam squares. I stamped the sentiment from the Balloon Besties Stamp Set onto some patterned paper from the Birthday Brights 6 x 6 Paper Pack, and then I die cut it using the stitched rectangle die and the sentiment strip from the Blueprints 27 Die-Namics. I adhered it to the panel using foam squares. I adhered the assembled panel to a white card base, and added some Sparkling Clear Sequins and Petite Clouds die cuts to finish off the details! I've listed and linked all of the MFT products used below! Please click on through to the MFT Design Blog to be linked to the other fabulous projects that my teammates and a few of our friends have designed for your inspiration using the February Release products! And be sure to leave comments on each of the linked blogs for your chance to win one of TWO $100 Gift Vouchers to the MFT Online Boutique! You can't win if you don't comment! All of the February Release products are available for purchase NOW and can be found by clicking on the graphic below! That's it for me, friends! I'll be back soon with more crafty stuff! Until then, please stay safe and have a spectacular day! MFT PRODUCTS USED:

Welcome everyone to the June Vault Release Day at MFT Stamps! We have been re-introducing some amazing Birdie Brown stamp sets this week and as from now they are all available in the store! Today the team is sharing one more day full on inspiration, I created a card for today featuring the amazing stamp set Saddle Up & Celebrate! I started this card with a white card base in A2 size and then added a front panel, which I diecutted with the largest die from the Wonky Stitched Die-namics. I blended a fun background on this panel, using two different colours of blue ink and the fun Inward Elements Stencil. I added loads of splatters on to my background and then stamped the fun sentiment underneath my blended part. I added a fence, diecutted from Kraft paper with the Spooky Fence Die-namics and then added the adorable images from the stamp set, after stamping, diecutting and colouring them! Thank you so much for watching today, hope to see you next time!

The brand new June release from My Favorite Things is now live so go and get shopping!!! Oh wait! Take a look at my card first. This is Let Your Hair Down and it comes with Coordinating Die-namics. To create this card which is super dimensional I first grabbed a panel of white cardstock and I used the Grassy Edges Stencil and then the Mini Cloud Edges Stencil together with Distress Inks in Stormy Sky, Twisted Citron and Mowed Lawn. I grabbed the A2 Stitched Rectangles STAX Die-namics and die cut the stencilled panel. The outer cut to make it slightly smaller than A2 and the next cut to create a focal panel. The outer cut was directly glued to my white card base and the focal panel was backed with white craft foam and carefully adhered making sure before pressing down and adhering that everything was aligned. I also used a die-cut from the A2 Rectangle Frames Die-namics and backed it with foam tape and applied that to the raised focal point. I stamped my images from Let Your Hair Down on to Copic friendly cardstock and I used Copic markers to colour my images and I highlighted a few points using a white gel pen. I used the die-namics to die cut the images which I backed with foam tape arranged and then adhered to the scene. All that was left to do now was to stamp one of the 3 sentiments from the stamp set and I used a sentiment strip from Essential Stitched Sentiment Die-namics. This strip was adhered with more foam tape so that it floated across the white frame .... and beyond! Many thanks for stopping by my blog today and I hope to see you back here soon! Happy crafting!
Hi there everyone! Just 4 more days left until the new My Favorite Things release will be available! Today I'm sharing a card created with the cutest stamp set ever, the new Travel Plans stamp set! These images are just so adorable! This set includes these adorable critters, and also a few different houses and a street lantern, all so much fun to create a card with a city scene with! I started my card with a white card base in A2 size. I wanted to create a one layer card for these cuties, so I started stamping the cute critter images from the set first. I then masked them, to stamp the houses and the lantern just right behind my first images. Masking will keep your images clean! I then masked all the new stamped images, to blend a sky behind them and keeping them clean. I blended my sky with purple and pink colours and then added loads of splatters to make it a bit more interesting. After my splatters dried, I added the text from the set, 'I'm so ready to see you that my bags are already packed'! I removed my masking paper and then coloured all my images and the road with Copic Markers. Make sure to check out all the new products of this countdown day and more amazing inspiration by the Design Team! Don't forget to leave a comment at the MFT blog for a daily change to win a $75 MFT Gift Voucher! Thank you so much for watching today, hope to see you next time!

Hello friends! Did you think I fell off the face of the earth again?! Our kids and grandkids were visiting last week, so I decided to be "present" while they were here - which meant that my crafting had to go on the back burner for a bit. But I'm back and bringing you a project that was inspired by this week's Wednesday Sketch Challenge! And it's a double bonus project because I hadn't had a chance to play with this month's Floral Focus Card Kit! So I pulled it out and went to town! Here's this week's sketch: And here's what I created! I pulled out the In-Focus Florals Die-Namics, dies that could be purchased separately from this month's kit, but coordinate with the kit contents beautifully! I am dying over the intricate details of these die cuts! And I am swooning over how cool they look when stacked black on top of white! I blended some Poppin' Pink, Lemon Drop and Summer Splash Dye Inks to create my rainbow (have I mentioned how AMAZING these new dye inks blend - like BUTTAH!), and then ink blended the same inks over the Punch Pattern Stencil to create the background. The sentiment is from the Friends Like You Stamp Set (also part of this month's kit) and was stamped onto Black Licorice Card Stock using white pigment ink and then heat embossed with white embossing powder. I die cut the sentiment strip using the Slimline Skinny Strips Die-Namics (which can also be purchased separately from the kit!) I've listed and linked all of the MFT products that I used below! Please click on through to the MFT Design Blog to be linked to the other beautiful projects that my fellow teammates have created using this week's Wednesday Sketch Challenge! And while you're there, why not link up your own design inspired by this week's Sketch for your chance to win a $50 Gift Voucher to the MFT Online Boutique! It's a random draw, but you have to play along to be eligible! That'll do it for me today, kids! I'll be back on Friday with another challenge project! Thanks so much for stopping by, and have a wonderful day! MFT PRODUCTS USED:

Summer officially arrives on the calendar tomorrow and we’re going to kick it off in style! Now listen here Mother Nature, keep that rain away! We are planning a family day out with the kids and their girlfriends including a picnic, live music outside at a winery and maybe some miniature golf at a local distillery and whatever else the lower Lake Michigan adventure brings us! Masks are ready to go, picnic basket packed, and outfit picked out, lol. 1. First Restaurant Since Covid-19 I can’t believe it, but we actually did it, we ate out for the first time since COVID-19 began. Now, granted it was dining alfresco by a lake, at 50% spacing but it just felt good to get served food and bask in the open air! Now, we had to go to another county to do this, I’m not sure I feel comfortable yet doing it in my own county as numbers are rising. On the way home, it was hats on, windows down, moon roof open and just cruising with the air in our hair! 2. The YETI Bartender "Pomegranate Martini" YUM! This week’s YETI Bartender was inspired by my favorite drink at Ruth’s Chris steak House! Every year, right before Christmas break ends, we go as a family to Ruth’s Chris and my mom and I always get pomegranate martinis! I was able to replicate it here and I hope you will check it out on my YouTube CHANNEL! 3. Week's Attire LOFT PEPLUM A little cute try on of a couple tops this week from The LOFT. All under $13!
