“This yard was nothing but concrete from front to back,” says Matthew Klyn, the garden designer who helped Ray Rubin and Jeff Shelton perform, by all accounts, nothing short of a miracle on their century-old bungalow in Ansley Park.
Of the many houses that have influenced architect Linda MacArthur, a circa-1921 Neel Reid home in Ansley Park stands out. “Being from a neighborhood where all of the houses were built in the same style at the same time, it was amazing,” she says. “It taught me a lot about how delightful architecture can be.”
