I love apple crisp so naturally, I had to share this delicious recipe with you all! If you're blanking on what to bring to your family Thanksgiving dinner, give this a try! image credit to foodnetwork.com Apple Crisp credit to foodnetwork.com Ingredients Filling 5 Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored, chopped small 1/4 cup finely chopped pecans 3 Tbsp flour 1/2 cup brown sugar 2 Tbsp maple syrup 1 Tbsp lemon juice Topping 3/4 cup flour 1/3 cup brown sugar 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon 1/4 tsp salt 6 Tbsp chilled butter, cut into pieces 1/4 cup coarsely chopped pecans Directions 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 2. For the Filling: mix all the ingredients together. Place into 7 to 8 oz. ramekins. 3. For the Topping: mix the flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl. Blend the butter into the mixture until it forms pea size lumps. Stir in pecans and sprinkle over filling. 4. Bake crisps for 35-40 minutes. Cool 10 minutes before serving.
