Everyone loves to bag on the federal government. They're an easy target, and never seem to run out of ways to enrage the citizenry they're supposed to represent. In between the angry letters, conspiracy theories, and late night comedy sketches, though, are a few gems of public administration that show, on occasion, the government does in fact have good ideas. That is, before they turn them into complete disasters. 10. Meaningful Use Back in 2004, President George W. Bush started a series of initiatives and incentive programs with an eye on the future. These programs recognized that American healthcare, for

Mother Earth Brew Co. has unleashed its latest masterpiece as part of the much-celebrated Project X series. Introducing the formidable Hop Monster - a true titan in the realm of craft beers. Diverging from the conventional New England style hazies that dominate the beer market, Hop Monster boldly embraces its bitterness, setting itself apart with a robust 60 IBU (International Bitterness Units) level. This audacious creation is generously infused with a masterful blend of Rakau, Nelson and Citra Hops, resulting in an explosion of flavor that will tantalize the taste buds of even the most discerning connoisseurs. “We’ve been having a lot of fun with these Southern Hemisphere varietals lately," said Chris Baker, Mother Earth Director of Brewing Operations. "The sweet/tropical/stone fruit characteristics really lend themselves well to the style. The increased bitterness also helps to balance that perceived sweetness. We typically don’t use lactose in our hazy beers, which is often done to assist with haze stability and to increase body, but we’ve found that we can achieve those qualities through brewing methods rather than loading the beer with adjuncts. The result is a medium to full bodied beer with tons of hop aroma and flavor but without the cloying sweetness.” Noteworthy beyond its tantalizing taste, the collaborative artwork on the label is equally captivating. Mother Earth has collaborated with the esteemed Ecuadorian artist, Gabo Zeta, to bring the can to life with an explosion of creativity. Gabo Zeta's signature "lowbrow" art style bursts forth with vivid, saturated hues, drawing inspiration from an eclectic mix of influences including psychedelia, iconic 80s & 90s cartoons, the rebellious energy of punk rock, the allure of horror aesthetics, and the nostalgia of toy culture. This kaleidoscope of inspiration is rooted in the legacy of Ed "Big Daddy" Roth, the visionary behind the iconic Rat Fink. For enthusiasts and collectors alike, the Hop Monster Hazy IPA is available for immediate enjoyment on draft. Additionally, it will be making its way to the market in 16oz cans, gradually unveiling its presence throughout the months of August and September. To ensure you don't miss out on this extraordinary creation, Mother Earth encourages beer aficionados to utilize their beer finder tool, accessible at findmotherearthbrewing.com. This invaluable resource empowers customers to effortlessly pinpoint the nearest locations where the Hop Monster Hazy IPA is waiting to be savored. As summer winds down and autumn approaches, make sure to embark on this unparalleled hop-infused journey offered by Mother Earth's Hop Monster Hazy IPA. With its distinct bitterness, expertly crafted hop blend, and captivating label art, it promises an unforgettable experience for all who seek to indulge in the world of craft beer excellence.
