This lovely village house is located in the picturesque village of Biniamar in the municipality of Selva, at the foot of the beautiful Tramuntana mountain range. The house is situated in the upper part of the village, in a very quiet area with beautiful views over the island. It is an old house which was recently completely renovated in a modern style but taking care to maintain the old details. On the ground floor, open plan loft style, is the living-dining room with open plan kitchen and direct access to the patio and there is also a complete bathroom. On the first floor there are two bedrooms plus a second bathroom. Also on this floor is a terrace with beautiful views over the village and the surrounding landscape. The house has a wood burning fireplace and hot and cold air conditioning split units. Additional features: new aluminium and wooden doors and windows with double glazing.

Although some people claim that they can read anywhere, anytime, we all know that a comfortable, well lit, soft spot is ideal. On a blanket in a park is one such perfect spot; on dry, spongy moss, under a tree, is another good location. Skapseng er en seng som er bygd inn i veggen, med dører foran, eller laget i forbindelse med skap. Kombinasjonen skap og seng er mest vanlig i Norden. Skapet ble satt inn mot enden av himmelsengen. Det forekommer også skatoll plassert på samme måte. I Norge var det dessuten svært vanlig med hyller ved fotenden av sengen. I mange tilfeller kunne underdelen i skapet være tom, slik at sengens fotende kunne forlenges inn der.
