MEDIA MANIPULATION Strategy #9 Strengthen Self-Blame The transition from narcissism to failure to self-blame is nearly imperceptible. Much of it takes place on a subconscious level. The embarrassment and blow to your self-worth manifests in a myriad of ways—in all ways— and our bodies response to such failure can even mimic physical pain. So, we respond in ways that mask the pain of failure rather than learn from it. There is a Korean proverb when translated says that “Tears are a manifestation of gratitude.” What do you think? Are tears a manifestation of gratitude? Well, in this culture, probably not. Tears are often seen as a sign of weakness and failure in American culture. Neslorchestra “Neslort” is my muse. After years of basic musical instruction, while in my early 20’s; I met her not so formally, but after some time of courting. It was quite an unintentional meeting. After our engagement, we danced in the oak wood forests of the Ozark mountains. Never have we fought. Like any good marriage, you listen to your spouse. When she beckons, I come forth. I cannot leave her. I am only a vessel serving an unknown purpose of which I cannot explain, nor wish to do. It’s all about the music, the unfathomable river that carries God’s gifts to the ears of all below. I cannot the credit; nor do I take blame. Neslort is a conglomerate of all my life experiences; both good and bad; wonderful, painful and tragic; Glorified and triumphant, proud, ashamed, and regretful. It’s a self-portrait to which I cannot avoid. We are the Aliens... I am an extreme Darwinist, perhaps more than even Darwin was. Though I’m not formally educated on the subject, in my life experiences I have noticed how foreign we are in relation to all other species of the planet. We are a breed of greed. We have more than we need; yet we continually consume more. I’m not in a position to argue this point or to provide evidence thereof; It’s just my personal theory that we are the true aliens. We are a fluke species brought about from the cosmos; a mistake. This theory is what I call “The Primordial Fusion” Long ago, before the circus came to town, a large scale genetic procedure was conducted on the native species inhabiting this planet earth, by an advanced life for from not so far away. Injected with a revolutionary genetic formula over many centuries great changes began to manifest in the original primates. They began walking on two limbs, and they began to lose their hair. Over the course of time, an altogether different species had emerged, known today as the Homo Sapiens…The Hairless Ape This event came to be known as “The Primordial Fusion” The true intention of this procedure is unknown, but military involvement is suspected Even to this day, the procedure continues to be monitored. We are being observed and modified continually by forces unseen. Much of the music that has come through me addresses this theoretical rubbish. The human condition, with exceptions (such as the fine arts) is pathetic. But then, there is love; the single most distinguishable attribute we have… Enjoy the ride; it’s never going to end. Love it all. Embrace the journey.

Mama, hear this loud and clear: It's not your fault. Miscarriage brings a whirlwind of emotions, but blaming yourself won't heal the pain. You did not cause this loss; let go of guilt for things beyond your control. Embrace self-compassion, forgive yourself for mistakes you didn't make, and allow healing into your heart. Your strength and love define you, not the circumstances. It's time to free yourself from unnecessary blame and nurture the resilience that resides within you.
There is a common theme when listening to others who are hurting. They blame God for the pain and suffering they experience. %
Pastor and popular social media influencer Kimberly Jones, known by millions as Real Talk Kim, shows readers how to break free from feeling stuck, seek God's healing, and boldly live out their abundant purpose. Real Talk Kim knows that pain can hold us captive. Our past mistakes tell us to blame others or to turn to a temporary fix that often becomes a permanent solution. Eventually, we feel trapped and stuck, and Satan persuades us to dress it up and call it home. When our emotional pain becomes our new normal, we confuse our current circumstances with God's good. But He is ready and waiting to miraculously redeem us if we reach for it. In You Gotta Get Up, Real Talk Kim shows us how to define what needs to change in our lives and then shows us how to bring Him our broken pieces. She unpacks the faulty thinking patterns that keep us stuck and replaces them with God's truth. With a new mindset and the compassion of the Holy Spirit, we can build resilient strength and live in freedom. God wants to give us healing by His grace, lead us into forgiveness, and guide us into an abundant life. Through her years pastoring, mothering, and living, Real Talk Kim has witnessed the freedom God brought when she took responsibility for her own healing. Even though getting unstuck takes a crazy amount of willpower, she knows we're only stuck if we've stopped moving. Through our faith in God, we can boldly tell Satan to "Shut up and move out of the way!" Real Talk Kim proclaims, "It's not too late. You're not too far gone. Hope is not too far away--you gotta get up and get it!" | Author: Kimberly Jones | Publisher: Thomas Nelson | Publication Date: Aug 22, 2023 | Number of Pages: 240 pages | Language: English | Binding: Paperback | ISBN-10: 1400241987 | ISBN-13: 9781400241989
