About The Artwork 'Landscape of a Body' oil on canvas 100 x 100 x 3.8 cm The sole figure of the model is set against a more simple and neutral background. My aim was to tighten the framing around the figure, which just about fits within the edge of the composition. The palette is more restricted, too, in the harmony of greens, crimson and blue. Let’s face it. Body painting is fun. It’s fun to be the one holding the brush as well as to be the "canvas." I know. I’ve done both.

Tattoos while very popular and widespread are a commitment that you make in terms of allotting a portion of your body to it. This includes not only the selection of the tattoo design, deciding on what part of the body that you want it on, going through the pain or discomfort of the tattooing process, the painstaking aftercare required of the tattoo and the permanent space on your body. This means that it is not an easy decision and should not be taken lightly. For those who are not ready to commit to a permanent tattoo, the idea of metallic tattoos is a genius proposition, one that they can enjoy without any of the commitment. What is more, metallic tattoos are bright and beautiful making them ideal for any festive occasion. It is like being able to use free tattoo stencils and that too with an added benefit of glitz and glamor.
About The Artwork When I am walking around outside in the nature, by investigating my path and my creativity, there is suddenly a spark that catches my eyes, that I can reflect to its shapes, texture, and to its colors. And this starts a creative process in me. Then I will search for a female figure with a unique look with some of mysterious, which can be best for me to draw and to paint. After that I will use some digital painting programs in order to draw and sketch and to integrate the nature elements, texture and the colors that all together reflect out of this process. After the digital process I print the digital artwork on canvas, and then start a process that is more traditional, by using brushes with acrylic, ink, graphite, color pencil, aerosol paints, and whatever that is necessary for the final result. Then put an over varnish laqa to protect as necessary. My art is integrating the beauties of the nature with a mysterious femininity that wraps it. See the world in a whole new light.
I’ve always been fascinated by black lights, the beauty of the human body, the world around me and the ability to create and express myself through art. However, it wasn’t until boredom set in, after being stuck in wedding a portrait photography for more than twenty years, that all of these ingredients unexpectedly collided creating what I call “Bodyscapes”. I’m now affectionately referred to as “The Bob Ross of Black Light Body Painting”, because of my style and the types of scene I choose to paint on the human canvas.
What would happen if women created more of the fashion and beauty images we see?
Japanese art style called 'Kintsugi' is the craft of repairing broken pottery with a mixture of gold, silver or platinum lacquer and powder. Japanese philosophy treats rupture and its repair as a part of the object's history and therefore should not be disguised or hidden, they are accented and celebrated as the most important parts of the story. This is the idea behind the project by a Pakistani artist Sarah Shakeel who is conquering many web users with her unusual photos.
The season's finest jewels are true works of art.
Black lights emit UV rays that aren't visible to the human eye. UV paint on the other hand contains phosphors that glow when illuminated by black light's UV frequency.
Many people feel an especially close connection with our animal brethren, which is probably a big part of why we find animal body art like this so appealing – these models, and the artists who paint on them, create a figurative representation of the relationship we share with all life. There are all sorts of things that body artists can draw on their human canvases, but organic animal forms seem to match best with the shapes of our own bodies.
I got into digital art after my father gave me a 1 megapixel camera back in 2002. I already had spent years painting and drawing and the camera was the perfect tool for endless experimentation. I tried then a scanner and started merging my drawings with my photos because photography was never satisfying to me; my head was always way too up in the clouds to portrait reality, I knew I wanted quiet the contrary, to destroy it and make something new out of it, and what better medium than photomontage to do that?

We all know henna as that leaf, which was earlier ground up to a paste and now available in powder form, which is filled in a cone to make temporary tattoos on hands and feet. Henna is an art form that uses freehand form to create nice designs to stain the hand for most festive occasions in the earlier days though now it has become quite popular as an art that has now become part of fashion. There are many beautiful henna tattoo designs that you can adapt. However, we are not talking about henna in traditional sense here but rather about white henna.
These gloriously detailed, gleefully gross cartoons are a joy to behold.
