In my classroom, I encourage positive behavior and the use of life skills! How do I do this? LOTS of verbal praise and individual incentive charts!! There is so much debate about intrinsic vs. extrinsic rewards. Well, I think this is a nice compromise. This system allows for each of these without any physical prize box prizes! Students receive immediate feedback for on task and positive behavior. My students are so jazzed about these little charts, I'm sure your students will be, too. Of course, you can choose to use them in your own creative way to complement your own classroom management style! This download includes: 8 behavior chart themes: boots, saddle, badge, bandana, wanted poster, horseshoe, and cactus. Two varieties – differentiate for behaviors (Charts with 10 spots and 20 spots) 8 reward coupon cards (8 to a sheet) 10 full page “catalog pages” 5 half page “catalog pages” (2 per page) 8 pages of desk charts (4 per page for easy copies)
