The Braganza Tiara, also known as the Brazilian Diamond Tiara, is one of the most impressive and historic pieces in the Swedish royal jewelry collection. It was created in the early 19th century, around 1820, and originally belonged to Empress Amélie of Brazil. The tiara features a stunning array of diamonds set in an intricate floral and scroll pattern, showcasing the craftsmanship of the era. After passing through various hands, it eventually became part of the Swedish royal collection through Queen Josefina, and today it is often worn by Queen Silvia of Sweden on state occasions. Its grand size and exquisite design make it a standout piece in royal jewelry.
