A multifunctional residential building consists of two buildings, united by a stylobate with a public function. The section of the average number of floors is designed for students, since the building is located near the university. The apartments here mainly belong to the economy class, approximately 40% of the total number of apartments are occupied by studios. The student theater, children's theater studio, bookstore and offices are located in the stylobate. The underground floor is occupied by parking, technical premises and a car wash. In the high-rise tower, apartments of a comfort class are designed, with private open terraces and a “green” roof. The top three floors are occupied by a luxurious penthouse for one owner. For him, there is an individual entrance from the street with a room for bodyguards and a personal elevator to the apartments. The choice of facing materials and the color scheme of the facade of a residential building was due to the proximity to the monument of architecture. Thus, construction materials similar in texture and color were used as exterior finishes, and the rhythm of pilasters and other architectural elements was repeated. This solution will allow to harmoniously enter the modern building into the historical buildings of the quarter.
