In designing this project, client of the project were asked to design on the project like the Black House1 which we had previously designed in New York, but with a smaller area. Due to the humidity, we moved away from the ground to have natural ventilation in all sides of the project, and due to the climate, the existing context of the project was designed to be sloping form.

Plan an epic, memorable summer in Peru by understanding it's diverse climate, seasons, experiences, things to do, hotels, restaurants, culture plus more.
Tiago do Vale Architects has reconstructed a wooden granary in Ponte de Lima, Portugal, which is an unusual combination of three very common vernacular typologies.
In this project, client asked us to design the Lima House 1 for him, but our proposal was a newer and different design with the general structure of the previous design, a design that harmonizes with the context and climate of the project and also the needs of the client, so in designing this project a vertical structure inside which the service and vertical communication section is located, the curved surface whose floor starts from the first floor and moves to the east and defines the shape of the house.
on a rural site, south-east of lima, peruvian architect marina vella has completed a family home which reconciles the site’s irregular topography.
