This card is my entry to Makeesha Byls' Inkspirations Sketch Challenge #20 which you can find at http://www.makeeshabyl.com.au/index.php/2010/03/26/inkspirations-sketch-challenge-20/ I was determined to break out of my comfort zone and use bright colours for this card but had the dilemma of not owning any bold bright ink pads. I've had to mix and match a bit, but I think this card looks suitably bright and cheery :)
Good morning! If you haven't been to Nichole Heady's blog for the last day or two, you might want to stop and see what's happening there! There are some fabulous challenges and chances to win great prizes. While I didn't turn in a favorite color combo, I thought I would post a simple card using some of my favorite PTI colors here today--Kraft, Cream, Sweet Blush, Aqua Mist, and Spring Moss. I used three different Papertrey Ink stamp sets, Flower Fusion #8, Tiny Tags, and Background Basics: Gingham. I also used two PTI dies, Tiny Tags and Flower Fusion #8. Some stamping, glitter, distressing, and stitching, and that's it--one more card for my stash!.Thanks for stopping by, and go PLAY in the Papertrey Ink challenges if you get a chance!
