Sureya Mir, from the theater group "Imagina Teatro" dressed up as "La Catrina" (The elegant skull) at Scream on the Green in Discovery Green, Houston TX. This costume won the 1st place in the female +18 category on the costume contest. The Catrina is one of the most popular and iconic figures of the Mexican Day of the Dead celebrations representing the skeleton of an upper class woman.
