Each pennant measures 3 1/2 inches wide and 4 3/4 - 6 1/2 inches long. Letters measure 2 1/4 in length and approximately 1 1/4 wide. The "one" banner hangs on black with white twine. Fabric garland comes in either 24 or 36 inches of fabric. There an additional 15 inches of white rope on each side for hanging.
