Une recette rapide, facile et idéale pour écouler des blancs d’oeufs ! Pour une jolie présentation, j’ai mis la pâte à rocher dans une poche à douille et dressé les petits rochers en quinconce. Ne les cuisez pas plus de 10 minutes, et encore, surveillez le four … Il faut que les rochers soient justes dorés. Ainsi ils seront encore tout fondants à l’intérieur … Ingrédients (pour une vingtaine de petits rochers) : Préparation : 10 min Cuisson : 10 min – 150 g de noix de coco râpée, – 150 g de sucre (j’ai mis du sucre de canne bio), – 3 blancs d’oeufs. Préchauffer le four à 200°C. Dans une casserole, mettre tous les ingrédients et mélanger à l’aide d’une spatule/maryse. Mettre sur feu moyen et mélanger vivement pour que la pâte sèche un peu et se décolle des parois. Fermer le feu. Mettre la pâte dans une poche à douille et dresser de petits dômes sur une plaque de four recouverte de papier sulfurisé. Vous pouvez former aussi de petites boules à l’aide d’une cuillère.
