Fahéjas csillag Hozzávalók: 30 dkg liszt, 20 dkg vaj, 10 dkg porcukor, 2 tojás sárgája, 1 kiskanál fahéj. Elkészítése: Hideg kézzel összegyúrtam a lisztet, porcukrot és felkockázott vajat. Amikor összeállt, hozzáadtam, belegyúrtam a tojások sárgáját, fahéjat is. Fóliába csomagolva legalább 1 órán keresztül pihentettem a hűtőben. Nem árt neki az sem, ha egy éjszakát várakozik. Amikor kiveszem a hűtőből, általában jégtömb keménységű, de pár pillanat gyúrás után, még hidegen kezd nyújtható lenni. Ekkor egy-egy adagot kinyújtok, a többit addig is a hűtőben tartom. Kiszaggattam és 170 fokra előmelegített sütőben 10-15 perc alatt megsütöm. Mindig ott toporgok mellette, hogy ne legyen égés a vége. Nem kell túl pirosra sütni, szép halvány színűen is jó már.
