Creating a bedroom full of colour and mixed patterns to help me feel glamorous and energised in the morning!
Immerse yourself in a whimsical portrayal of Loch Feochan, a serene gem nestled in the heart of Argyll and Bute, artfully captured in the height of summer. This captivating print, reminiscent of Naive Art's unpretentious charm, envelopes the viewer in a dreamscape awash with vibrant hues and joyful simplicity. The composition bathes in the glow of a seemingly endless summer day, with the sun casting a kaleidoscope of vivid colours across the landscape. Rolling hills in shades of cobalt and emerald rise gently on the horizon, silently guarding the tranquil waters of the loch. The foreground is adorned with a tapestry of rich, sun-kissed yellows and greens, illuminating the undulating fields and inviting the eye to dance across the painting. Reflections shimmer on the water's surface, mirroring the clear skies adorned with carefree strokes of white, capturing the lightness of a breezy summer afternoon. A copse of trees stands as a testament to life on the loch's edge, their rounded canopies a striking contrast to the fluidity of the surrounding waters. Infused with a sense of bucolic nostalgia, this print is a celebration of the Scottish summer, where nature's palette is rendered with an exuberance that seems sprung from a childlike vision of the world—a world unburdened by the complexities of life and rich with the hues of imagination. Invite this enchanting slice of Scotland into your space and let it bestow upon your walls the serene splendour and joyful tranquillity of Loch Feochan in summertime.

This month's FAB 40s theme of 'colours of the rainbow' was the most fun I've had blogging so far! I pondered over the course of several weeks, about what I would wear. The only thing I knew I wanted to include was this purple coat. I also knew I wanted to incorporate as many colours of the rainbow as possible.
I grabbed a few hours this week to work on my next colour mixing project for Spring and as I haven't had the opportunity to work many purples into my creations this was the perfect time.
