This is a little 12" doll with a hair bow loop. She is all composition. She has a "Nancy face" but is unmarked. Her dress is vintage and has a matching one piece undergarment. These dresses with matching underclothes were called "bloomer dresses" and were common for dolls to wear during the 1930s.
