L.T.S.C is a building project that answers problems through design & spatial planning in buildings. L.T.S.C means : -Long Term STU Center, where the building design is made solidly & low-maintenance which is expected to last a long time. -Life to survive the pandemic. Circulation, spatial planning, as well as the health protocol system in the building are also included -Infill: the building adopts an infill building associative approach through building colors, materials, basic shapes, and windows -Sustainable: apply open space area, use of solar panels, provision of bicycle paths, etc. -applying elements of commercial space -Contemporary: putting furniture, dynamic room design with the use of lines following today's trends

The materials used in this design are materials that are easily found in the area around the site with various material manufacturers. As for the main structure using teak wood (Tectona grandis L.f) as the column and main beam. With the foundation using reinforced concrete point foundation. the use of materials that tend to be light due to prolonged trauma due to the earthquake that hit Lombok in 2018. So that the surrounding community as end-users wants the use of lightweight materials. This also supports the return of the community to the old culture that used natural materials such as wood and bamboo as building materials. This design use Breathing Facade System. Panel openings are located on two sides of the facade. The north (front) and south (back) are used to circulate air into the building. The opening system has a principle like Nako glass. Has 1 mechanic as control of openings in all panel openings.
